Quantum Logic Systems ("QLS", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services, including Momentum (section 10).

When you contact us, fill out forms, or use our services, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any other information you choose to provide.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on pages, through cookies and similar tracking technologies.

10. Momentum
This section covers Momentum, our strategy management software at momentum.qlsystems.net, and the Momentum on-premise edition.
What Momentum stores
Your account (name, work email address, organization, language, and sign-in and security settings), the strategy content your organization enters (plans, objectives, KPIs and results, projects, risks, forms, comments and approvals), the messages and ideas you send to QLS support, and an audit trail of changes that records who made each change, when, and from which IP address. When you request a trial we also store your name, work email, job title, organization, its size, your country, an optional phone number and the IP address the request came from, so we can review it and contact you.
Signing in with Google
If you choose to sign in with Google, Momentum receives only your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account, and uses them only to identify you and sign you in to the Momentum account your organization created for you. Momentum does not access your Gmail, Drive, Calendar, contacts or any other Google data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not sell it or share it with anyone. Momentum's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove Momentum's access at any time from your Google account's security settings.
Who can see it
Your organization's data is visible only to the people its administrators allow; each organization is kept apart inside the database. QLS staff access it only to provide support you ask for, to keep the service running and secure, or where the law requires.
Where it is kept and who helps us run it
The cloud edition runs on Supabase (database and sign-in) and Vercel (hosting). Emails are sent through Resend, and the trial request form is protected against bots by Cloudflare Turnstile. These providers process data only to deliver their service to us. All connections use HTTPS. With the on-premise edition, your data stays on your own servers and QLS does not receive it.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your organization's data while its subscription or trial is active, and for at least 90 days after a trial ends so you can choose a plan without losing work. Your organization's administrators can remove users, and you can ask us to delete your account or your organization's data at any time by writing to admin@qlsystems.net.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
