Common questions
Can we try it before deciding?
Yes. The 30-day trial includes everything in Professional for up to 10 people, with no credit card. A demonstration on your own plan can be arranged too.
Which languages does it support?
English, Arabic and French: the whole application, its emails and its PDF reports. Each person chooses their language; Arabic is fully right to left.
Can it run on our own servers?
Yes. Momentum on-premise runs inside your network, sends email through your own mail server and works without an internet connection. QLS installs and supports it.
How is our data kept separate from other organizations?
In the cloud, the database itself decides who may read each row, so one organization can never see another's data. Every change is recorded in an audit log.
Can we bring our existing KPIs and results?
Yes. Values and targets can be imported from a CSV file; Momentum checks the file and shows any problem before anything is saved.
